Order Processing
We know you can't wait to receive your jewelry! All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time your order is confirmed.
If you place an order after 2:00 PM IST, it will be processed the following business day.

We are proud to offer Free Express Shipping across all pin codes in India for all prepaid orders!
- Metro Cities: 2-3 Business Days
- Tier 2/3 Cities: 3-5 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5-7 Business Days

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We understand that many customers prefer paying at the time of delivery. We offer a COD facility across 20,000+ pin codes in India.
We highly recommend using our secure Prepaid options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) to avoid this extra charge!
Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email and an SMS containing your tracking AWB number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
You can also log into your Hakimi Bangles account anytime to check the live status of your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All our packages are fully insured. If your package appears tampered with or severely damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
As per our strict 24-Hour Return Policy, any issues regarding damaged or missing products inside an accepted package must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, preferably with a parcel unboxing video.
